You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Sale items or Gift Cards (unless otherwise stated).
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Shipping Label and instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For standard returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
